As is my wont, I’ve decided to pick over my tweets of 2011, and present edited highlights right here, right now.

So without further ado, I give you 2011 (with typos corrected!):

  • Fairly major crash on the Wetherby road going out of Harrogate. Police have closed the roads, and a couple of fire engines on the scene. (Wed Jan 12)
  • @NickHancock I have a nasty feeling my 1st 7″ was D.I.S.C.O. by Ottowan. That or the special glow-in-the-dark Phantom of the Opera single. (Thu Jan 13)

  • Happy days. Number 2 son slept for 12 (count ’em – 12) hours last night. I suspect not seen the last of the wee hours, but still a milestone (Sat Mar 19)
  • My birthday evening consisted of cake and presents, followed by playing Rummy in front of the fire with a glass of Baileys. Perfection. (Sat Mar 19)
  • Final fling of birthday celebration is lunch and a walk at Fountains. (Sun Mar 20)
